Near expiry product damaged my skin .

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the recent delivery of 10% Niacinamide with order number. Upon opening the package, I was dismayed to find that the product has a near expiry date and emits a foul smell, which has caused significant skin damage, including breakouts and worsening skin texture. Despite being a loyal customer and having used this product multiple times in the past (this being my 4th or 5th bottle), I had previously called the customer service team to report the issue, but they refused to take responsibility, stating that the product is safe to use despite its near expiry date and foul smell. Their response contradicts their return/refund policy, which states that products with less than 3 months of expiry are eligible for return/refund. Given the harm caused by their product, I request a full refund for the order and compensation for any damages incurred. If not resolved, I will escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and share my experience online.
